Refund policy

We want you to love your boots. If you need a different size or decide they’re not the right fit, we offer easy exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. If you’re requesting a replacement pair due to a defect or dissatisfaction, we’ll send you a new pair — all we ask is you return the original pair.

Keep in mind, when your boots arrive, don’t be surprised if they feel a little snug at first—that’s exactly how they’re designed. They’ll eventually mold to your foot and break in to that perfect, buttery fit with wear.

If they feel a bit too snug in the toe box, instep, or calf, we’ve got you covered. We offer complimentary stretching to help you get the perfect fit.

Want them pre-stretched before they ship? Just leave a note in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.

Prefer to try them on first? No problem—use the prepaid return label included in your box, send them back, and we’ll stretch them and ship them back to you at no cost.
